Well, since the Oregonians return home....they have no problem identifying snow NOW! Yesterday, as we here in Davis county were getting a nice rain, the Allreds were 'snowed in' for yet another day in Hillsboro---literally. Oregon has no 'budget' for snow removal or road sanding/salting. Everyone IS homebound. In fact, Richard verifies that if you drive in Oregon on snow days without chains, you get a ticket. Richard has been working from home on his computer for over a week now.
